Living In The Moment.
We often wonder why when we are younger, we want to become an adult and want to grow up fast. As we get older we often then tell ourselves "oh I wish I could turn back time and be young for just one day" or "It would mean so much for me if I could turn back the clock and spend time in my younger self".
It is like we are content with getting older, more responsibility, flourishing in our careers, in life in general but we do not like the physical fact that we are getting older. It is true that age is just a number and I have always lived by that notion but you are also as youthful as your heart desires.
Living in the moment is not done enough and life is like a rat race to get to the other end without falling flat on your face but it doesn't have to be this way. We are all creatures to our own demise and live very diffrently than one another but it is important to just slow down and enjoy life little moments and victories rather then trying to stimulate yourself doing something difficult and strenuous that may make you feel great at first but it also may make you feel more irritable and less focused as a result.
Life is what you make of it and as we flip into 2023, find what drives you, motivates you and inspires you to be the best person that you can be. Make sure to do tasks that make your mental health, physical health and your overall happiness come to the surface. You are with yourself until the end and what you make of living in the moment rather then living in the future is ultimatly up to you.
What you believe in is up to you and the most important part is to have fun, try hard, mess up sometimes and learn from your mistakes.
"Never ever try and be somebody else. Instead, just be you"
